This website is operated by Badboys Creations. Throughout this website, the terms “we,” “us” and “our” refer to Badboys Creations.
Badboys Creations offers this website, including all information, products, services and tools available through it, to you conditioned upon your acceptance of these Terms of Service.
By visiting Badboyscreations.com, purchasing a product or otherwise using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all policies referenced on the website, including our Refund and Return Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use this website or purchase our products.
1. Eligibility
By using this website, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or country of residence or that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
Our custom diecast models are intended primarily as collectible display items. They are not intended for young children. Products may contain small parts, electrical wiring, batteries, sharp components or other items that may present a choking or injury hazard.
2. Products and Services
Badboys Creations sells products that may include:
- Custom-built diecast model vehicles.
- Diecast models with working LED lights and sound.
- Waterslide decals.
- Custom and non-custom apparel.
- Novelty products.
- Display accessories.
- Other collectible or made-to-order merchandise.
We make reasonable efforts to display product colors, dimensions, details and photographs accurately. However, colors and appearance can vary depending on screen settings, lighting and the handmade nature of the products.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue a product, service, option or price without notice. Changes do not affect an order that we have already accepted unless we contact the customer and receive approval.
3. Custom and Handmade Products
Many products sold by Badboys Creations are individually customized, assembled or finished by hand. Minor variations may occur in decal placement, paint finish, lighting position, wiring, small details or overall appearance.
These normal handmade variations are not considered defects when the finished item remains materially consistent with the product description and the options selected by the customer.
Custom products are created according to the information submitted with the order. Customers are responsible for reviewing and confirming all requested details, including:
- Vehicle year and model.
- Scale.
- Agency or department.
- Unit numbers.
- Names and spelling.
- Lighting and siren options.
- Lightbar or slicktop configuration.
- Colors and markings.
- Other customization instructions.
Badboys Creations is not responsible for an error submitted or approved by the customer.
4. Production Times
Custom diecast models normally require approximately 4–6 weeks to produce before shipment unless a different estimate is shown on the product page or communicated to the customer.
Production time is separate from shipping-transit time. Production estimates may be affected by product availability, customization requirements, order volume, supplier delays or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If we determine that an order cannot be shipped within the promised time, we will notify the customer and provide the option to accept a revised shipment date or cancel the unshipped order for a full refund.
5. Orders
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including:
- Incorrect pricing or product information.
- Suspected fraud or unauthorized payment.
- Product or component unavailability.
- An order that cannot reasonably be completed as requested.
- A request that may violate applicable law or another party’s rights.
- Abusive, threatening or fraudulent customer conduct.
If we cancel an order before shipment, we will refund the applicable amount paid for the canceled merchandise.
We may contact the customer to verify order information or request clarification. Failure to respond may delay production or result in cancellation and refund of the affected item.
6. Prices and Payment
Prices are listed in the currency displayed at checkout and may change without notice.
The customer agrees to provide current, complete and accurate billing, shipping and payment information. By submitting payment information, the customer represents that they are authorized to use the selected payment method.
Applicable taxes, shipping charges and other disclosed fees will be calculated or displayed before the order is completed.
7. Order Changes and Cancellations
A custom or made-to-order purchase may be canceled within 24 hours after the order is placed, provided that production or the purchase of special materials has not begun.
Once production or material purchasing has begun, custom and made-to-order products cannot be canceled, changed or refunded except where required by law or stated in our Refund and Return Policy.
Requested changes are not accepted until confirmed by Badboys Creations in writing. Additional charges or production time may apply to an approved order change.
8. Shipping and Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Badboys Creations is not responsible for delays, losses or additional charges caused by an incorrect or incomplete address submitted by the customer.
Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed. Shipping carriers operate independently, and carrier delays may occur after an order leaves our possession.
Risk of loss will transfer as permitted by applicable law. Customers should promptly notify us of a package that appears damaged, lost or incorrectly delivered.

9. Returns and Refunds
Returns, cancellations, exchanges, damaged-item claims and refunds are governed by our Refund and Return Policy.
Custom-built, personalized, special-order and made-to-order products are generally final sale once production has begun. This does not limit any rights the customer may have under applicable law or our responsibility for an item that arrives damaged, defective or materially different from what was ordered.
10. Working Lights, Sirens and Electronic Components
Models containing working lights, sirens, batteries, wiring or other electronic components must be used and stored carefully.
Customers agree to:
- Use only the recommended battery or power source.
- Keep electronic components away from water, excessive heat and moisture.
- Avoid pulling, cutting, crushing or modifying wires.
- Turn the product off when it is not being demonstrated.
- Supervise use around children and pets.
- Avoid using sirens at excessive volume or in a manner that may cause disruption.
Damage caused by misuse, improper power sources, water exposure, modification, unauthorized repair, drops or normal wear is not considered a manufacturing defect.
These models are display collectibles and must not be used to impersonate law enforcement, mislead the public or violate any law.
11. Waterslide Decals
Customers are responsible for confirming the correct vehicle and scale before ordering waterslide decals.
Successful application depends on surface preparation, cutting, soaking, positioning, setting products, sealing and clear-coating methods. Badboys Creations is not responsible for decals damaged during application or through the use of incompatible products.
Customers should test any setting solution, clear coat or chemical product on a small area before applying it to the complete decal set.
12. Third-Party Names and Trademarks
Agency names, government seals, vehicle manufacturer names, logos, insignia and other third-party marks may be used descriptively to identify the subject represented by a collectible product.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Badboys Creations is an independent custom-model business and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, approved by or endorsed by any police department, fire department, government agency, vehicle manufacturer, sports organization or other trademark owner represented by a product.
Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of any third-party trademark, logo or intellectual-property right.
13. Website Content and Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the website design, Badboys Creations branding, original photographs, product descriptions, custom graphics and other original content on this website belong to Badboys Creations or are used with permission.
Website content may not be reproduced, copied, republished, sold, modified or commercially exploited without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.
14. Customer-Submitted Materials
When a customer submits reference photographs, names, graphics, logos, measurements or other materials for a custom order, the customer represents that they have the right or permission to provide and use those materials for the requested purpose.
The customer is responsible for claims resulting from materials they supplied without authorization. We reserve the right to reject a requested design that may violate applicable law or another party’s rights.
15. Reviews, Photographs and Other Submissions
If you voluntarily submit a product review, testimonial, photograph, video, comment or other content, you represent that the submission is truthful, lawful and does not violate another person’s rights.
We may display submitted reviews and related content on our website or marketing channels as permitted by applicable law and the permissions provided at submission. We will not knowingly publish private payment information or other sensitive personal information.
16. Prohibited Uses
You may not use this website or our products:
- For an unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
- To impersonate a law-enforcement officer or government official.
- To mislead, threaten, harass or harm another person.
- To violate intellectual-property or privacy rights.
- To transmit malicious code or interfere with website security.

Third-party services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. Badboys Creations is not responsible for the content, availability or conduct of an independent third-party website or service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, this website and its content are provided on an “as available” basis.
We do not guarantee that website access will always be uninterrupted, secure or error-free. Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Specific commitments expressly stated in a product description, order confirmation or our published policies remain applicable.
20. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Badboys Creations will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from the use of this website or our products.
Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, our liability will be limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability arising from fraud, willful misconduct or other non-waivable consumer rights.
21. Indemnification

Shopify and other authorized service providers may process information necessary to operate the store, complete payments, prevent fraud and fulfill orders.

24. Severability
If any provision of these terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
25. No Waiver
A failure by Badboys Creations to enforce a provision of these terms does not waive our right to enforce that provision or another provision in the future.
26. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service by publishing a revised version on this website. Changes will apply from the updated effective date and will not retroactively change the material terms of an order already accepted unless required by law or agreed to by the customer.
Customers should review these terms periodically.
27. Entire Agreement
These Terms of Service and the policies referenced within them constitute the agreement between the customer and Badboys Creations concerning use of the website and purchases made through it.
